The Eagle Creek Trail, Oregon

13 miles round trip, sheer drops beside huge waterfalls, blue toes, sore feet, tired legs, and a great day spent with friends and family.

YO YO YOSEMITE!

These photos were taken at Yosemite National Park. It was my first time in the park and after a 10 mile hike, some referred to as a death march because the first 4.5 miles are straight up hill, the trail opened to a beautiful waterfall that displayed its own rainbow.

Our second day was spent bike riding along a 12 mile loop that circled the valley floor. Within this valley is an area where people have built rock sculptures. Some people simply add a rock to an existing sculpture while others create new sculptures.

At the end of our bike ride we passed a meadow where deer grazed freely and without fear.

It was a great visit!

That's what makes the world go around!

I have always told Noah that the differences in people is what makes the world go around and life would be boring if we were all the same. These are a few people that I encountered on a walk in San Francisco.

"The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco" Mark Twain

San Francisco, home to street cars, hills, Pedicabs, the "swish toilet", cold water swimmers, Fisherman's Wharf and did I say hills?
